Today we are in the 3rd part of the group challenge. I said I would share the Just Beachy-alpha with you today. I really like the way this one turned out, I might make yet another set though. I have an idea, and I'm thinking of trying it. If it works out, I'll be sharing a different type of alpha with you, too.
Today, I have only one item to share, these are more like a STICKER-type alpha. Here's the preview, if you like alpha (and I do use them when scrapping) just click on the preview to download it. :-)
Or you can click HERE to download it. :-)
You know, if you like the preview paper that's behind the alpha, it's in my PAPERS download. LOL Just thought I would throw that little point in. LOL
OMG! I wanted to mention one more thing! I got my first zips of all of the recipe cards made for APRIL [Easter], and let me tell you, THEY ARE AWESOME! If you have not joined this challenge/group, or even visited yet?...IT IS A MUST if you haven't! You need to at least go check it out!
The site is called DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING STUDIO and the challenge forum is called RECIPE CARD CHALLENGE. This month Maurine has designed the perfect kit. This challenge is based on kids and recipes me made with the kids, either our own kids or grand-kids and any kids. :-) I have only made 3-cards and 3-blanks and 1-divider so far, but plan to make more. :-) The month is still YOUNG!
The kits that Maurine gives us for the months challenge is perfect because they are designed to fit the 4-in high x 6-inch wide recipe cards!
Here's a little PREVIEW for you of the kit Maurine designed for May
Isn't this kit adorable? And perfect for kids, don't you think?
OH... I almost forgot...when you JOIN for the first time, you will need to purchase the kit, after that, if you continue participating in the challenge, you will get each month's challenge kit for FREE! Isn't that awesome! OH...and the first kit was NOT expensive at all! Go see for yourself! I think you will be glad you did!
I made recipes for the past 2 months.. last month I made a card for Beignets, these are like a donut, and so good!
Here's the recipe I shared for the Easter challenge

With a matching Blank Recipe Card and a Divider Card, too!
I'm telling you, this is the group to join! You really should go and check it out!
I just wanted to mention too...in this lO'le Fashioned Gingerbread Cookies recipe card, I used elements from kits I purchased from DWS...I just wanted to say Thanks to all of them for all of their lovely designs and hard work. I love their graphics. I did colorize a couple of the elements, but all of the credit for the artwork goes to DWS. :-)
Now, if you would like my recipes and MANY MORE, you will definitely need to get ON BOARD and join in the fun this month at DSS-RCC, and then you can start sharing your favorite recipes too! When this challenge is over, we all will get a CODE and DOWNLOAD LINK to the recipes shared by everyone in the group. I got some really cool recipes this month from the EASTER challenge!
